Don’t Miss Tomorrow’s Talk + Urgent Member Deadlines
It’s a busy and exciting week for BrUNIMA, and we don’t want you to miss a thing.
It’s a busy and exciting week for BrUNIMA, and we don’t want you to miss a thing.
Tomorrow evening (Wednesday 12 November) we welcome theatre artist and scholar Alissa Mello for Reimagining Judy: A Feminist Lens on Puppet Theatre — an inspiring online talk exploring The Judy Project and the hidden stories of women who helped shape puppetry’s history. We’d love to see as many of you as possible there — it promises to be a fascinating evening.
Then, on Thursday (13 November, 17:00–18:30 GMT), all BrUNIMA members are warmly invited to join our regular monthly online meeting. It’s an open, informal space to share ideas, updates, and opportunities with fellow puppeteers and supporters, you can find the link to join on the members hub here (Scroll down to Thursday meetings).
Just as exciting, the next edition of The Puppet Notebook is almost ready!
To help us manage printing and postage, please confirm whether you’d like a printed or digital copy by 15 November and because we need your postal address.
If we don’t hear from you, we’ll assume you’re happy to receive the digital version.
Oh, and a little milestone worth celebrating: our newsletter has now grown to over 500 subscribers since our spring relaunch! We’re so grateful for everyone reading, sharing, and supporting what we do — thank you.
Read on for more and to join these fantastic events.

Every contribution helps.
Thank you for staying connected and for helping BrUNIMA continue to support puppetry.
See you online tomorrow!
With appreciation,
