UNIMA International is preparing the second issue of UNIMAgazine, the international puppetry magazine bringing together voices, ideas and practices from across the world.
The theme for Issue #2 is:

โจ resistance, activism & advocacy
โจ what it means to be a puppeteer today
British UNIMA members and the wider UK puppetry community may wish to consider contributing โ particularly those working in education, community practice, research, heritage, performance, activism or interdisciplinary work.

UNIMA has launched an exciting new publication: UNIMAGAZINE, a 200-page digital journal bringing together the voices, stories, and traditions of puppetry artists, scholars, and practitioners from around the world.
Produced entirely by an international team of volunteers, this first issue features 43 articles contributed by national centres and puppetry magazines across Africa, the Americas, Asia-Pacific, Europe, and Oceania. It is a landmark moment for global puppetry, showcasing the art form in all its cultural, historical, and contemporary dimensions.

UNIMAGAZINE is edited by an international volunteer editorial committee, coordinated across continental working groups. It continues the legacy of UNIMA's earlier publications such as E Pur Si Muove and builds on the World Encyclopedia of Puppetry Arts.
