Alain Lecucq's resignation
Dear friends,
I am sorry to inform you that I resign from the presidency of UNIMA's
Communication and Publication Commission and from the Executive
Committee.
Following please find the decisions made by the Executive Committee and
the General Secretary which cause this retreat:
- Disappearance of the review project;
- Leaving the responsibility of the website to the General Secretary;
- Refusing the help of Themaa for the website which let Unima spend
much less budget on the project while being totally independent from Themaa's website.
Since I realize that it is absolutely impossible in UNIMA to develop
projects which I find beneficial for puppet theatre and puppeteers all over
the world, I will leave my position to someone else and will concentrate
more on my other activities.
I hope you will be more successful than me in developing projects which were important to all of us.
